We created a three-phase branding program that focused on structuring and solidifying the brand, building demand around its product and polishing the customer experience on all fronts.
As andSons constructed the foundation of their business, the CXR.Agency team began building a powerful and engaging landing page to drive leads to andSons’ mailing list and build hype around the brand.
andSons had already done the core branding exercises but needed to translate them into a complete and effective Shopify experience. They wanted to maximize demand by creating a single, limited-edition box that would showcase their products’ high quality, so we built out an intuitive purchase and checkout flow.
Our team developed logistics in their Shopify platform to combat the limitations of transporting perishable goods. We pulled API data for weather and destination information to build an application that determines the best shipping time for every individual order placed.
Once the brand was solidified and logistics were complete, we expanded their Shopify experience with more products and customizations.
We evaluated the brand’s old store system’s UX, cleaned it up, and simplified the process. We made sure to include all the factors, and the necessary information was accessible to anyone using the system. So, any of their employees could set up an in-store phone order with little to no direction.
