Responsible for setting up the main production location and providing information to the production assistant, the product manager maintains and observes the status of pickups. They add users, such as the production assistants, who can schedule pickups.
When a pickup is scheduled, the driver receives a notification on their phone. They can access the pickup location on a map and all the information provided by the production assistant. Once their scheduled pickup is completed, the driver uses the app to mark it as fulfilled.
The production assistant schedules pickups, adds any necessary notes and pictures to aid in the driver’s pickup process and sends any information given by the product manager to the driver.
Once in the app, management can see the status of all completed or pending pickups. They have access to a dashboard, which monitors metrics such as the number of pickups, active production sites, and so on (based on the mockups). Management is also given the option to export data in a CSV file to use for further reporting.
