Bond Collective, a luxury workspace provider operating across the US, wanted to upgrade their sales process with a new Salesforce CRM implementation. Having already enlisted the CXR.Agency team for support and maintenance, it was a natural next step to expand our team’s footprint to integrate Salesforce into their website conversion funnels and automate the sales process.
  • Customer billing + payment – Between varying levels of customers, scheduling bills and collecting payments from thousands of accounts, the Bond Collective team’s Salesforce lacked the automation and integrations to make the process easier to manage.     With 60+ conference rooms and hundreds of office and shared spaces across 12 locations, our developers created a better management system for the Bond Collective team. They can now easily track reservations of conference rooms and office spaces, allowing them to provide a seamless customer experience and give employees more time to spend on growth and business strategy rather than the minutiae of office management.

    After fixing all the known bugs and completing the full integration, our team made sure to record videos and walk the Bond Collective team through their smart new Salesforce setup.
